Hello and welcome to my blog! I’m Kathryn Andrews, a Hampshire wedding photographer providing wedding photography for sophisticated, indulgent couples with adventurous souls. I have created this page to give you an insight into my work as a Hampshire wedding photographer.
Born, raised and currently living in Hampshire, it’s inevitable that I mostly photograph weddings in Hampshire, including but not limited to Southampton, the New Forest, Portsmouth, Fareham, Whiteley, Winchester and Basingstoke. I love to travel so am also available to provide wedding photography in the surrounding counties of Hampshire including Dorset, Berkshire, Sussex, Surrey and Wiltshire.
Some of the Hampshire wedding venues I have worked at include weddings at Lainston House Hotel near Winchester, weddings at De Vere New Place – Shirrell Heath, weddings at De Vere Highfield Park – Hook, The Legacy Botleigh Grange Hotel near Southampton and weddings at The Explosion Museum in Gosport to name but a few. I have also photographed several marquee weddings in the New Forest including marquee weddings in Sway and Rhinefield.
To see see more examples of my work, please stay a while and explore this site where you will find blog posts of recent weddings and engagement shoots as well as personal posts which will help you to get to know me a little better. You can also also find out more about me and look through my portfolios of wedding photography, engagement shoots and styled shoots by visiting my main website.

De Vere Highfield Park, Hook, Hampshire
Carly and Mark met whilst working together in the Navy but they were destined to be more than just colleagues. One night whilst off duty, Mark decided to share his impression of Moby Dick with the crew (I will leave it for you to work out just what was involved!) – Naturally Carly was smitten. She fell hook, line and sinker for her fellow sailor.
De Vere New Place, Shirrell Heath, Hampshire
Emily and Matt are two wonderful people who stumbled upon each other in a kebab shop after a night out, you may recall seeing the blog post about their Hampshire engagement shoot? After seeing Emily in that gorgeous red dress, I knew she would make a stunning bride and she didn’t disappoint.
Explosion Museum, Gosport, Hampshire
I wrote a little bit about Amie and Sam when I wrote the blog post for their engagement shoot which you can see here. When Amie first contacted me to ask if I was available to photograph her Explosion Museum Wedding in Hampshire, I knew that she was going to be lovely and when I finally met Amie and Sam for their engagement shoot, they were two of the loveliest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting…
Lainston House Hotel, Winchester, Hampshire
On Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Ricky and Louise at Lainston House in Hampshire. Ricky and Louise make a lovely couple but it wasn’t love at first sight… they worked in the same office for a while but Louise thought Ricky was lazy and Ricky thought Louise was Miss Goody Two Shoes! It’s no secret that they didn’t really like each other…
Sway, New Forest, Hampshire
4th June 2011 was a boiling hot day, it was also the wedding of my good friend Lizzie and I felt honoured when she booked me to be her New Forest wedding photographer in Hampshire.
Rhinefield, New Forest, Hampshire
Last Saturday I photographed the very refined and beautiful wedding of Sarah-Jane and Rob out at Rhinefield, in the New Forest, Hampshire. Sarah-Jane and Rob met whilst studying at the same university some years ago. Things obviously went well as they later embarked on an amazing adventure together when they decided to emigrate to Sydney Australia.
The Legacy Botleigh Grange Hotel and Spa, Southampton, Hampshire
The Legacy Botleigh Grange Hotel and Spa is a beautiful country hotel situated near Southampton in Hampshire. As you approach the hotel from the road and make your way along the grand drive way, you won’t be disappointed at how magnificent this 17th century building looks. If you’re looking for a romantic wedding venue then this won’t disappoint, it looks like a fairytale castle from the outside and could be one of the most romantic looking Hampshire wedding venues.
